In her role at Verizon, Courtney is responsible for overseeing the strategic plans for over 100M square feet of real estate that houses over 160,000 employees and approximately 1600 retail stores nationally. Earlier in her career at Verizon, Courtney served as Executive Director of Property Operations. Prior to her tenure at Verizon, she acted as Head of Global Real Estate for Avaya.

Jen Nguyen is Executive Vice President and Head of Workplace at RAISE (formerly HelloOffice), the technology-powered commercial real estate brokerage guiding companies through the future of work. Nguyen hails from Teamwerc, a Workplace as a Service company she founded with her partner and now EVP of RAISE Julija Costantino. Nguyen brings a breadth of workplace experience, boasting an extensive track record building hyper-growth, inclusive, and award-winning workplaces from their infancy through IPOs at companies such as Pinterest, Zynga, Tesla Motors, and SAP Successfactors.

Ray Quartararo

Head of Global Planning, Design & Construction for Global Real Estate, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Ray is responsible for the firm’s global capital project execution. In this capacity, he oversees a global team responsible for executing retail, corporate and mission critical projects valued at $2B annually. He takes an active role in a number of industry and philanthropic organizations including the James Lenox House and the New York Building Congress. He is a board member of the New York Building Foundation, and serves Chairs the Board of the Greater New York Council of Boy Scouts.
